A roof that had to be treated as one complete system
This was not a typical tear-off and replacement. Different roof shapes, slopes and architectural features required different materials and installation methods, all while maintaining a cohesive finished appearance.
Genesis Roofing coordinated the work from the early construction stages through the final architectural details. The project demanded planning at every transition—especially where steep-slope roofing, low-slope membranes and custom metal elements met.
Building the details before covering them
The project story begins with the completed architectural impact, then moves through construction photos showing how the custom shapes were framed before the finish materials went on.

Roof deck, waterproofing and difficult transitions
Before the visible finish materials, the roof had to be prepared around changing elevations, slopes and architectural features. This is where many of the details that protect the home are created.
TPO where conventional shingles were not the right system
Low-slope sections require a membrane roofing approach rather than treating every surface the same. TPO was integrated into the project where drainage and roof geometry called for a low-slope system.
Turning framed shapes into finished architectural details
The custom metal work is one of the defining features of this home. Curves, edges and transitions had to be fabricated and installed to follow the architecture rather than forcing the architecture to fit a standard roofing detail.
Premium shingles, metal and transitions working as one roof
As the project progressed, the different materials had to meet cleanly and shed water correctly while preserving the design of the home. The result is a roof with several systems that reads as one finished architectural composition.
